Absolutely true, It is torturing the kids for the aspirations of the parents to be seen in the national TV and for award.
It is not the poor kids are not getting the award, it is the parent, especially it is the trend with indians.

This per-country level is established by the U.S. State Department to act as a "barrier against monopolization" and to provide fair opportunities for all skilled and professional workers from around the world. H.R. 5921 would remove per-country limits and would no longer allow unused family- or employment-based visas to be used interchangeably.
Please know that both H.R. 5882 and H.R. 5921 are under review by the House Committee on the Judiciary. However, no companion bills have been introduced in the United States Senate. I think it is important to recognize that our immigration policies must make national security a central priority while at the same time helping to facilitate family reunification and labor demands here in the United States. I will continue to pressure Department of Homeland Security Secretary Michael Chertoff to ensure that any policy to expedite visas does not compromise our standards for accepting individuals into the United States, nor the integrity of our immigration system. llc and s-corp are same for the situation you brought up... however, you gotta be mindful of the "corporate veil"... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Piercing_the_corporate_veil trap... which can affect any company llc or corp... dont worry, there is nothing bad in it... just make sure that you keep real good records and separate business operations from personal...
further i doubt that s-corp or corp is a promotion over llc as your post seems to suggest...
anyway... your choice is not bad... and neither is mine...

the low risk lies in the fact that any adverse decision you may have to take ever (God forbid) like bankruptcy does not affect your own personal credit history and assets. I am not sure whether the same exists for corp or not. So I may be wrong regarding the low risk factor of LLC. But I always had the notion of starting any venture as an LLC and then moving on to a corp.

Which service center processed your I-140 ? For Eb2 cases, USCIS ( especially NSC) doesn't accept a combination of degree and experience. They require a single 4 year degree.
You should not completely give up on this. Get a good lawyer, a good education evaluator and try to save the case.

I personally think that 6 month rule-of-thumb is nonsense.
AC21 clearly states you can switch employers 6 months after your green card application has been pending. On what legal basis could USCIS then come back and deny citizenship to anyone for switching employers too soon after getting their green card?
I'd really be interested to hear if someone has specific knowledge of a case where someone had their citizenship denied due to switching companies too soon after getting their green card.

I visited the PA DMV yesterday to renew my driving licence based on my pending I-485. With all the valid documents like EAD, I-485, SSN card, I-94 etc. They refused to renew it saying that they have a new pilot program implemented called SAVE and need to get clearence from that, it will take upto 30 days. Anybody else gone throgh this proces?? Day by day more hurdles to pass...what a life, why dont they keep their systems uptodate or provide some temp permit as long as their check is pending. I am frustated with all this GC process, name check, DL SAVE system check etc..Why dont they implement just one check and give approval to everything.. atleast make it less time consuming.
Anythoght from anybody? anybody else went through this SAVE (Systematic Allien Verification for Entitlement) program, or am I the only one??

Yes, 4 of my frineds in Colorado went through the same process called the "SAVED". I was the one who started this thread to find out if other states have already started using SAVE and it seems other states are reluctant to use it.
Ironically, the DMV in Colorado got sued last week regarding this new process because US citizens were badly affected by this. Please read the article below.

There has been time check used to be payable to:
U.S. Department of Homeland Security - USCIS
Now at some places it is shortened to:

And at other places it is shortened to:

I think, they are interchangeable.

If not then no point accusing IV as if everyone is your servant. Because you are the kind of person who want others to work hard for you while you will do nothing and only complain. You were asked by IV to lead and at least contact reporters, but you do not want to do that and keep complaining.
Why don't you lead and inspire everyone by your example first?
