Bumper Stickers are a powerful tool to pread political messages in America. It may not catch the eye balls of the senators, but can definitely give spead the message of IV.
It's cheap, and long term free advertisement. I would say IV should distribute attractive non-controversial bumper-stickers, instead of flyers which end up in garbage cans

Welcome back LogicLife - Didn't see your sharp & to the point posts in for a long time in 2008 !! Though i've withdrawn myself also mostly the 3rd and 4th quarter of 08.
If my observations are correct - to update you - IV is no longer just immigration forum - here i see discussions from "Israel-Gaza conflict" to "stolen cats"... How does that feel ?

My point is if we check our credentials, how many of us are 'true' innovators? I know I am not, I am an expert in what I do and am an asset to my company but I haven't filed any patents or publications which would be the true requirement for this country. My skills are indeed readily available in domestic workers as well. Could that be the reason for the backlog in EB-3 and none in EB-1? So do we need to do a reality check here? Just wondering if this could be the reason why we're getting a raw deal. Could it be that 'highly skilled' is not enough but 'genius' and 'highly skilled' is what's required here? Just a thought.

OKay, when I commented on the English, I was trying to be funny (which obviously I am working on) and see if that can help you in the misinterpretation angle.
Also, when someone does not support your theory, he/she is actually supporting you, by letting you know that your theory does not sound reasonable.
Contact a Taiwanese/Asian lawyer and ask him to help you. You can add him as a lawyer, and even if you are replacing your lawyer, and if asked, you can claim language barriers with the old lawyer.
And no, we are not experts here, and no one has claimed to be one, but I believe the real purpose of yours posting your situation here was to have ideas. There are thousands of thoughts going thru your mind on this situation and you are definitely not able to see thru clearly.

As travelled much between Asia countrys, no much time staying is US office although I based here. Yes, my English is poor and broken but this is not a fake story, make no sense for me. Now the negative point is mostly from my statement, no matter whether you believe, the attorney told me drag with anger is battery. we think that's okay does not mean it is okay on the law. So I wish you guys be careful on this kind of play around to avoid any trouble. I knew you all have better english than me. so you could explain clearly :) But Same level, do it on your spouse is even worse on a stranger.
I create this thread just wish listen your opinion and try public view how much chance I can win the jury trail. Some of your advice is really helpful and I will take them.

The following statistics reflect a steady increase in the number of I-485 applications (including family-based and other cases) during the months before the July VB fiasco hit the roof as is shown in the following table:

1. do you have any email correspondance with the employer asking you pay for h1b fee?
2. if you don't then pose him a question using office email something like "how much is still pending on my h1b fee that i owe you (replace you)". Address this to HR or Payroll or the boss it self. Wait for the reply, and then take copy of it for record purpose.
3. if '2' does not work then wire tapping is way to go:

As per the law in New Jersy, one party should be notified and if you are recording you conversation, you are the one party and the other do not have to be notified. Shoplifting does not divide EB population. But if you open a thread to pitch EB3 against EB2 then I think he should be banned. I can click the red triangle on top of post to report it because I do not think anyone in IV or any senior member has time to waste all day reading every post and deleting them.
