Who is next please? We have spend tons of money from last month.. Can we just contribute $100 for last hope. At least we will feel we gave good fight back..
So far most of us have spent about 2 - 3k, lost invaluable time with stress & had sleepless nights.
DOS & USCIS should not be spared. Lets help IV & try our best to sue them. I just contributed $100.00 and will continue to contribute until the suckers are sued.

If they decide not to sell oil then what are they going to eat. OPEC countries are known to cheat on the quotas. In fact countries Iran export crude oil...and the irony is that they import petrol, diesel etc...they dont produce even the basic refined products for they own use..so without exporting they themselves will have energy shortage.

Assume you make it paid. Then what. We will have maximum 400-500 users and you want to go and lobby or fight with congress with that much number of users. Well said GCBY3000. Since something is going to happen, she wants to project herself as though she put in some effort. A few months back when I made a phone appointment with her, she was not at all helpfull. All she kept saying was, we can do it for you for so many $$$. It was all about money, money and money. I honestly doubt her intentions.

I'm not expert in advising but murthy.com is saying avoid duplicate filing that may lead to rejection. Would suggest to consult v.good attorney before you do.
I have seen that on murthy too. I am not sure why they say that. Anyone else who ever submitted multiple AOS applications?
I am sure people have submitted two separate apps in cases such as:
1) both husband and wife working and eligible to file. One app submitted with husband primary, wife secondary AND the other app submitted with wife primary, husband secondary
2) AOS for old labor + AOS under PERM
In both cases I believe the USCIS will ask you to choose between the two when the time comes.

Just called the House judiciary committe and was told that there are no markups planned for today. Apparently they havent figured out when they would like to come back next for the mark ups.

EB2 - net has come down by ~30 K but Eb3 has a net add of "10K"..Hmm unless they really approve a ton of them in September, we may be looking net reduction of 30K.
I really hope they get cranking on EB3 -ROW , they have ~44K pending . Expecting USCIS to work through this backlog in a year or two is reasonable or even next year .
At that point, EB3-I would be primed to receive overflow but the question is will they open up the flood gates and receive all new Eb2 applications or let them in a phased manner .
If they let them in a phased manner , some of the pre approved EB3-I applicants in 2002-2003 will get there GC . Even otherwise , new EB2 applications need processing time so few lucky Eb3-I (If you can call them that) may get their GC's.
Another thing is when will they let new EB2 applicants , if it is early in the yearly cycle say Oct-feb , then processing on such new application will be complete by June and EB3-I will continue starve.
